For more than 35 years(PDF, 2MB), the Long Beach Utilities Department earned the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. We are committed to the same standard of excellence in our financial reporting.

The award is given by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada to governmental agencies whose annual reports achieve the highest standards in government accounting and financial reporting.
