Off-Site Utilities Plan

Utility plans show where water, sewer, and other utility lines will be installed. They also identify responsibilities for each party and outline any additional plans required for LBUD approval.

The Off‑Site Utilities Plan must be approved before any new water or sewer services can begin. The Applicant must hire a registered professional civil engineer to prepare this plan. To request a Utility Map for existing water and sewer facilities, please fill out the Utility Request Form found on the Water Development Services page.

Processing Off-Site Utilities (Water/Sewer)
